GR Gill Holdings is a private business acquisition, venture capital, and entrepreneurial services company. We invest in small and mid cap companies regardless of their level of maturity and current profitability. Our entrepreneurial experts take an active role in the company management until financial and managerial stability is established. Once this stage is reached, our stake in the company is sold or kept as a long term investment. We primarily invest in companies destine to dominate niche and/or regional markets.

GR Gill Holdings received initial funding from its founder, Glen Richard Gill, Jr. in 2006. Our mission is to provide small and mid cap companies that show considerable upside potential the capital needed to thrive. We provide capital to private and public companies in the seed, early and growth stages. When seed investing, it is helpful if the company is located or headquartered near our Houston, TX office. Geographical proximity to our office allows our management to take an active role in the day-to-day activities of the company. Although the preceding parameters of operation are favored, they are not required. Special exceptions are made when deemed appropriate for our current level of risk tolerance and capital availability.
